Shipping Information:
We operate from two fulfilment locations:

Our International Warehouse
Orders placed within Australia will be fulfilled from our Perth warehouse, wherever stock is available. In the event that stock is depleted in Australia, one or more items in your order may be shipped from our International Warehouse at no additional cost to you. You will be notified by email if any part of your order is being sent from the international warehouse. There will be no extra shipping fees or taxes — we cover these entirely.
Taxes & Duties:
For international orders (outside of Australia), all parcels are shipped from our International Warehouse using a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service via our partners, Australia Post, DHL Express, USPS (USA) & Royal Mail (UK).
This means all applicable taxes and duties are prepaid by us, eliminating any delays at the border so your order can be received as fast as possible. You will not incur any additional customs fees on delivery.
Pre Orders:
Any Item that has a 'Pre Order' button on the product page is classified a pre-order item. This policy gives customers the opportunity to secure highly anticipated pieces in advance, ensuring they don't miss out on popular items that may sell out quickly once they're officially launched.
Please note that the expected dispatch dates will be noted in the product description and can be subject to changes/updates.
Postage & Track:
Once your order has been sent, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please check your junk mail if you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours.
If you are not home to accept your parcel, the item will be carded. Cards will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel is to be collected from.
If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days (25 overseas) of your order being shipped please notify us at support@privacyclo.com, and we will begin an investigation into the matter.
Postage times can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, customs investigations & other uncontrollable factors. We will try our best to ensure you receive your orders asap.
Shipping Protection:
We offer shipping protection to ensure that you receive your parcel securely. We highly recommend purchasing shipping protection during the checkout process.
This service guarantees that you'll receive your order even if it goes missing, gets damaged, or is stolen during transit. By deselecting shipping protection at checkout, you agree that PRIVACY CLO is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items during the delivery journey.
Please note, once delivery status is confirmed as 'delivered' by our courier service we deem the item to be safely delivered. Insurance will not be eligible after this point.
Incorrect Information & Failure to Collect:
Once your order has been placed you have 20 minutes to amend any shipping information via your order confirmation page. Please always double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
Business addresses must include the business name. If you have entered incorrect shipping information, please email us ASAP at info@privacyclo.com and we will try our best to correct the mistake.
If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs cannot be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered, including the shipping address, is correct.
RTS Parcels:
If your order has been Returned To Sender for any reason, we require the customer to pay the updated true shipping cost for re-postage back to the supplied address.
Your RTS parcel will not be re-sent unless the invoice is paid. Failure to pay the invoice within 30-days will result in your parcel being forfeited.
Warehouse Pickup
You will be sent a text message or email when your parcel is ready to be picked up from our HQ at 3 Chullora Bnd, Jandakot 6164, Western Australia.
