REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns for Refund or Credit/Exchange. This gives you the confidence and ability to ensure you can purchase multiple sizes, keep what fits perfect and return anything that may not.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your credit or refund as desired and an email confirmation will be sent to your inbox.
PRIVACY CLO only accepts return of products in their original condition, with all original packaging and products tags. Our policy lasts 30 days from your order delivery.
Shipping Information
We know how important it is to receive your order quickly and we aim to dispatch your orders out as fast as possible. Orders placed before 8am AWST are in most cases posted out the same day, if not the following business day. High volume periods and other factors may affect this timeframe.
In rare cases your order may be placed on backorder as it may be in transit between our international manufacturing facility and our domestic warehouse in Perth. These orders may experience a short delay, if you worried about timeframes of delivery please contact us prior to purchase.
Pre Orders
Any Item that has (Pre Order) included in the product name is classified a pre-order item. This policy gives customers the opportunity to secure highly anticipated pieces in advance, ensuring they don't miss out on popular items that may sell out quickly once they're officially launched.
Please note the expected dispatch dates will be noted in the product description.
Postage & Track
Once your order has been sent, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please check your junk mail if you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours.
If you are not home to accept your parcel, the item will be carded. Cards will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel is to be collected from.
If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days (25 overseas) of your order being shipped please notify us at info@privacyclo.com and we will begin an investigation into the matter.
Postage times can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, customs investigations & other uncontrollable factors. We will try our best to ensure you receive your orders asap.
Shipping Protection
We offer shipping protection to ensure that you receive your parcel securely. We highly recommend purchasing shipping protection during the checkout process.
This service guarantees that you'll receive your order even if it goes missing, gets damaged, or is stolen during transit. By deselecting shipping protection at checkout, you agree that PRIVACY CLO is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items during the delivery journey.
Please note, once delivery status is confirmed as 'delivered' by our courier service we deem the item to be safely delivered. Insurance will not be eligible after this point.
Taxes & Duties
Postage charges do not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery (International Orders)*. All taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and are usually determined by the value of your order. If you choose not to pay taxes and duties and your order is returned to us we will have to charge a secondary shipping cost to resend your order. Alternatively, we can credit your order minus shipping and any fees and charges your order had incurred due to this process.
Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel , to conduct routine security checks this may also affect postage times.
Incorrect Information & Failure to Collect
In many instances, once your order has been placed no changes can be made to shipping details. Please always double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name. If you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at info@privacyclo.com and we will try our best to correct the mistake.
If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
