I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAX/DUTIES?
No, for international orders (outside of Australia), all parcels are shipped from our International Warehouse using a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service via our partners, Australia Post, DHL Express, USPS (USA) & Royal Mail (UK).
This means all applicable taxes and duties are prepaid by us, even for the USA, eliminating any delays at the border so your order can be received as fast as possible. You will not incur any additional customs fees on delivery.
WHAT DOES 'GOTS' CERTIFIED MEAN?
GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. It’s the highest worldwide standard for organic fabrics, covering everything from how the cotton is grown to how the final product is made. Our use of GOTS-certified fabrics means no toxic chemicals, fair working conditions, and sustainability at every stage.
Our suppliers are also ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified, ensuring every piece meets international standards for quality, safety, and environmental impact.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
We always recommend you order your true size as we already have your desired fit in mind.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. The following email will be a fulfillment email with a tracking code for you to track your shipment.
CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
You have 20 minutes after placing your order to make changes to sizes, variants, or add discounted items. After this window, no further adjustments can be made.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Note: Estimated delivery times refer to shipping durations, not order processing or fulfillment times. These estimates are subject to change.
All orders are dispatched the same day or next day via Australia Post, DHL Express, USPS (USA) & Royal Mail (UK).
Delivery times are typically 2-8 business days within Australia. For international orders please expect 4-8 business days for delivery.
IF I NEED TO RETURN THE ORDER, WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
You can return your order if it is unworn, in its original condition and with all original packaging.
