Store owner replied: Hi Alice, Thanks so much for letting us know - We have looked into this right away for you and found your tracking hasn't moved with Australia Post for a whole week. We will go ahead and deem this as lost - we could lodge a claim with AusPost however they will never rectify it and it's always a dead end.
