Pepita Racing Jacket
A pattern with a story. The Pepita check, found in the interiors of classic Porsche 911s. We've brought it to outerwear.
Cut in a boxy, cropped silhouette with dropped shoulders and extended sleeves, this jacket carries the same relaxed proportions as our Boxy Blank Tee just dressed up in one of fashion's most storied textiles. The shell is 10% wool, 23% rayon,65% polyester, 2% elastane Pepita fabric, woven in the classic black-and-white shepherd's check that made it a symbol of sport and elegance in equal measure. Inside, a clean black lining keeps the finish polished.
Details are deliberate: custom zipper hardware at the centre front, an elasticated hem for a tailored drop, and ribbed cuffs that hold the sleeve in place.
Worn open or zipped, it layers over anything and carries the kind of design credibility that doesn't need to announce itself.
